01 Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Backlink Sourcer (the "service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• On team plans, the account owner is responsible for managing seats and for the conduct of invited members.

03 Plans & credits

We offer the following subscription plans, billed monthly:

Credits are consumed when you run AI- and data-powered actions (such as opportunity discovery, competitor gap analysis, prospect research, the local SEO analyzer, and tracker refreshes). Some actions, such as saving opportunities and generating outreach drafts, do not consume credits. Included credits refill at the start of each billing cycle and, unless stated otherwise, do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.

04 Billing & renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Fees are stated in US dollars and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing cycle.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR.
• Break, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted on a plan that allows it.
• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or to infringe others' rights.
• Exceed the limits of your plan or share a single seat among multiple individuals.

We may suspend or limit accounts that we reasonably believe violate these terms or threaten the service or other users.

06 Outreach & data responsibility

Backlink Sourcer helps you identify prospects and draft outreach, but you are responsible for the messages you send and for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach and data use, including email, privacy, and marketing regulations in your and your recipients' jurisdictions. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before sending them. You confirm you have the right to analyze any website you connect to the service.

07 Intellectual property

We own the service, including its software, design, and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these terms. You retain ownership of the content you put into your workspace ("your content"), and you grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to operate and improve the service.

08 Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers for payments, authentication, SEO data, AI, and hosting. Your use of those features may be subject to the providers' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data, including domain authority figures and backlink metrics, which are estimates.

09 Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that using it will produce any particular SEO ranking, backlink, or business result.

10 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backlink Sourcer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

11 Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will survive.

12 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Connecticut will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
